Thulimbah State School is a smaller school where individualised development goes beyond the classroom. We have a solid school community with a positive and collaborative culture. Students and staff share a strong relationship and mutual respect is evident in our interactions, communications and behaviours.
We understand the importance of a holistic approach to education and incorporate academic approaches together with sporting, artistic, cultural, social and emotional aspects of our curriculum. In our classes, which include Prep to year 3, and year 3 to year 6, students engage in active learning and building independent skills for line long learning.
We have a strong culture that promotes ownership of learning and the ideal of being a lifelong learner. We help student to identify their strengths and interests and how they can best become active members of the school community and beyond.
We are a proud and welcoming school.
