State School is an inclusive small school on the outskirts of Stanthorpe that prides itself on the holistic development of all students and staff.
Our multi-age learning environment (Prep to year 6) enriches student learning and experiences. The positive relations between staff and students supports development beyond the classroom. We value student growth and achievement in academic as well as social, emotional and physical development. We promote positive and respectful behaviours and work closely with families to meet individual student needs.
Teaching and learning encompasses the requirements and standards of the Australian Curriculum and Education Queensland. At Thulimbah we maximise student learning through interactive and engaging pedagogies. Technology is actively incorporated in all learning areas as we strive to prepare our students for lifelong learning and active citizenship.
